2008 Bank of America Championship Tickets Come in a Variety of Packages

CONCORD, Mass., May 29, 2008 — The Bank of America Championship is the only tournament in New England on the PGA TOUR’s Champions Tour schedule, and golf fans who want to see some of the world’s best golfers compete at one of the most spectator friendly courses in the region can choose from a variety of ticket packages, according to tournament director Tracy West.

The 28th annual Bank of America Championship is a 54-hole stroke play, PGA TOUR’s Champions Tour event. Seventy-eight Champions Tour pros will compete for a purse of $1.65 million and first prize of $247,500. Players committed to compete at the tournament include four World Golf Hall of Fame members and 16 of the top 20 money winners on the Champions Tour so far this season.

  • Good Any One Day Ticket, $20
    • Can be used for any day of the tournament; price increases to $25 after June 15
  • Michelob ULTRA Hospitality Pavilion, $75/day, $195/3-day
    • Complimentary luncheon buffet and bar in private, open-air tent behind clubhouse
  • Partner’s Club, $63
    • Two Good Any One Day Tickets, two $10 concession vouchers, official tournament program, one-year membership to PGA TOUR’s Partner’s Club, general parking pass for one day
  • Week-Long Ticket Package, $60
    • One Week-Long Grounds Ticket and official tournament program
  • Legends Special, $175
    • Two Good Any One Day Hospitality Pavilion Passes, two Week-Long Grounds Tickets, general parking pass for the week, meet and greet with Champions Tour legend on Wednesday of tournament week and official tournament program
  • Family Fore-Pack of Tickets, $99
    • Four Good Any One Day Tickets, four hot dogs, four sodas, two T-shirts, one general parking pass for one day and official tournament program
  • Platinum Club, $150/day, Friday, Saturday or Sunday
    • One 17th Green Skybox Hospitality Ticket, complimentary bar service in skybox, complimentary lunch buffet and bar service in the Michelob ULTRA Hospitality Pavilion (these tickets are limited in number and must be purchased for a specific day, Friday Saturday or Sunday)
  • Father’s Day Special, $75
    • Two Good Any One Day tickets, $30 tournament merchandise tent gift certificate, sleeve of golf balls with tournament logo and official tournament program.
  • Discounted Parking
    • Parking during tournament week is $10/day, but advance sale daily parking is $8/day and $35/week

 

Kids under 15 and under accompanied by an adult will be admitted free of charge all week, and active duty military personnel will be admitted free of charge on Military Appreciation Day, Friday, June 20.

In addition to golf clinics featuring Champions Tour pros, four championship pro-ams and three rounds of championship golf, Bank of America Championship tournament week will include activities for the whole family, including the Tastes of the Tour Pavilion, Family Fun Zone, Amica Insurance Autograph Avenue, Putt 4 Life Fan Putting Challenge and CBS Radio Tournament Treasures Expo Pavilion

The Bank of America Championship is the longest running 54-hole event on the PGA TOUR’s Champions Tour and has donated more than $4.8 million to local charities in the past 27 years.
